DMCA Policy

Introduction

This DMCA Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to outline the procedures and processes followed by Conservative Nation (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) to respond to claims of copyright infringement on our website. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
